Even the much-discussed competition doesn’t scare me as much, although many say it’s quite challenging to promote a business nowadays. There are indeed many companies, and customers are more discerning. Still, where do you start to make it truly effective? Achieving results is crucial.

I think you should first focus on the internal structure of the company, optimizing processes as much as possible. Only after you’re fully prepared should you consider expanding. If things go well and you attract many new clients but can’t handle the increased workload, that would be a real failure.
