Issues with support
I’ve regretted turning to certain developers for business software integration several times. On the one hand, everything was quick and seemed high-quality. But when I needed assistance to figure something out or had questions about the software, either no one responded, or responses came way too late.
The best advice I can give is to carefully read reviews about a company to understand what additional services they offer beyond integration and installation and how reliably they provide them. Currently, my company uses IFS Cloud, and if I have urgent problems or questions, I can easily contact the IFS helpdesk here and expect prompt assistance.
